Music composer & producer Hisham Kharma has released his new song ‘Mosafer Anta’ on all music platforms, which marks the first collaboration with singer Lena Chamamyan, who also wrote the lyrics. ‘Mosafer Anta’ is composed by Kharma and Chamamyan, arranged by Kharma, and produced by KharmaWorks.

For the first time in Egypt, Kharma used in ‘Mosafer Anta’ the Dolby Atmos technology, which took three months of work.

“I am very excited to collaborate with Lena, who has a unique voice. Also, the Dolby Atmos technology helped me to create a surround sound to make the audience feel like they were part of the song. Meanwhile, I’m on different projects, which will be announced soon.”

Kharma stated.

In her collaboration with Kharma, Chamamyan said,

“Mosafer Anta’ is a call to listen to the passion inside us, to keep it glowing and full of life, moving forward, even if we are walking slowly or the circumstances have changed. Yes, feeling tired or pausing is okay, but we must be back on the rack again. Time passes; why the wait?”

About Hisham Kharma:

Hisham Kharma is a Music Composer & Producer, Creative Director & Social Entrepreneur. Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, and having lived in Miami, Hamburg, and Dubai, Kharma has been influenced by multicultural experiences that shaped his mind & are reflected in his music.

In 2016, Kharma kickstarted his live music concerts. Described by many as a world-class show with an immersive soulful music experience, Kharma, with his Orchestra, has performed in major mega events & launches and landmarks like the Pyramids, Cairo Citadel, & London Mansion House. Kharma Has released multiple top-charting albums and singles; his first official release was “First Voyage” with Virgin Megastore and Hybrid records. His second album was with Sony Music in the “Arabesque” series, along with Grammy-award winner Yanni and Can Atilla.

In 2019 Kharma started his film & series scoring career, starting with the “Al Nehaya Series” & the famous “Suits Arabia” series. In 2022, Kharma was chosen to compose the official music theme for COP27, the main theme for Cairo Drama Festival 1st Edition, and produce the World Fencing Championship official song.

Before starting his Music journey, Kharma began as a Creative Director in the Ad industry, with a pack of regional and global awards under his belt. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is now an Ashoka Fellow for his social entrepreneurial efforts.
