The man behind a mysterious statue found in Ismalia, which the media called “the ghost of Ismailia,” has been arrested.

The statue is of a skeleton covered in a cloak, which we guess should be representing grime ripper.

The statue is said to have appeared suddenly without knowing who designed it and placed it, which caused even panic among the people of Ismailia.

Locals in the area demand its removal, as it caused panic to the children and was described as “the devil.”

According to Youm7, the statue’s owner claims that the statue was a promotional idea for a gift shop that he is currently setting up to be opened soon. He said that he did not imagine the uproar that the statue made after its completion.
