Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA) is a non-profit organization that aims to provide financial and business support as well as international recognition to the dynamic fashion designers in the MENA region.

Fashion Trust Arabia launched in September 2018 under the patronage of HH Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser as Honorary Chair and co-Chairs HE Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani and Tania Fares, Founder of Fashion Trust.

FTA is the only initiative of its kind operating in the Arab world, dedicated to finding and nurturing talented designers.

FTA has partnered with Matchesfashion.com to provide the winning designers with the business mentorship and overall support they need. The winners are also be stocked on Matchesfashion.com.

Winners are selected at FTA’s ceremony, which takes place annually in Doha, Qatar, in the presence of HH Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser.

This year, the ceremony is scheduled for March 2021. During the ceremony, the finalists present their collections to FTA’s judging panel of international industry leaders and figures, who collectively select the winning designers.

We strongly believe that the MENA region boasts an incredibly dynamic and creative potential in fashion, where talented designers are increasingly being afforded global recognition.
