As a part of its ever-expanding catalog of experts, Sortlist just introduced the ChatGPT consulting vertical, which features a large number of agencies that can assist in integrating ChatGPT into daily workflows and benefit from productivity gains.
Within this context, Sortlist published a data report on how ChatGPT is transforming the marketing and tech scene by examining employers’ and employees’ perspectives on the new AI recreating activities like copywriting and coding.
Within the report, Sortlist identified and explained the definition of the new application.
ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence (AI) tool that helps you communicate with computers. The chatbot works efficiently and can provide an accurate and complete answer when you ask a question. It uses a type of machine learning called Natural Language Processing (NLP) to comprehend what you’re saying and answer meaningfully.
As a result, ChatGPT technology is expected to revolutionize working hours, teams, and even entire industries, radically altering a wide range of jobs like marketing and technology in businesses across Europe and the US.
Most employees (32%) perceive ChatGPT will increase productivity gains from 25% to 50%, while employers (33%) believe it will be used for programming and marketing. Meanwhile, 40% were concerned about the loss of human contact.
The study was conducted between December 27, 2022, and January 9, 2023, among 500 users in 6 countries: the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and France.
