After several rumors and denial from the Hadid family over Bella Hadid getting a nose job, she has finally admitted to getting one at the age of 14.
In an interview with Vogue, Hadid said:
“I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors.”
She added:
“I think I would have grown into it.”
The model, who is now 25 and one of the most paid models in the world, was subjected to rumors about undergoing a blepharoplasty to lift her eyes, jaw surgery, getting fillers, and of course, the nose job, which she now confirms, but denies any other procedures.
The internet is now, however, furious with Bella’s mother, former supermodel Yolanda Hadid for allowing her daughter to get cosmetic surgery at such a young age. Some are even claiming that Yolanda might have encouraged the surgery.
It’s worth noting that Yolanda has been criticized several times for how she treated her daughters while she appeared at the reality TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
While we have nothing against plastic surgeries, we question the ethics behind denying, and even shaming, getting work done because of how it might affect their fans, especially young ones.
We are glad Bella finally admitted to getting work done, while it might have been too late, and truly hope it was not focused on her by her mother.
